Subject: Articles on CBD enforcement issues

Dear List members,
There have been several requests for my articles on CBD issues following my posting of the powerpoint on the weakening of CBD implementation. I was able to respond to only a few. Therefore I am giving below links to some of the articles. Also there are two articles attached. A 2006 article 'CBD: The unmaking of a treaty' various versions of which was published at more than 12 places, another examines the issue of national sovereignty in the CBD context..an issue about which a lot of confusion has been generated.
Lets work hard to bring sharp focus on CBD enforcement issues as we prepare for the CoP12.
