By the end of September 2015, world leaders will agree on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which will anchor the global development agenda for the next 15 years. At the center of the SDGs are the goals to eliminate extreme poverty, hunger, and malnutrition in a sustainable way. Keeping the focus on these key aims is critical to help unify efforts toward achieving multiple SDGs.

Yet there is still a lack of clarity on the goals and targets addressing poverty, hunger, malnutrition, and sustainability: Questions remain on how to measure and track progress, how such efforts will be financed, and who is accountable for what. Building country capacity to track and monitor progress and to ensure delivery on forthcoming commitments is also a key issue that must be addressed. Despite advances, disparate efforts to bring clarity have remained in silos. As we welcome the historical launch of the SDGs, there is an urgent need to share knowledge on these issues to help chart a way forward.

Join us for a moderated discussion, as our panel of experts weighs in on these issues and explore solutions to challenges on the path to attaining the SDGs.
